Cambodia growing up on construction and property

According to Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC). There were total of 9,729 Construction projects in Phnom Penh (2011- 2015) with a total 21,464,066 SQ.M. Floor Area, worth of 8,957 Million USD. Cambodia’s GDP estimated a minimum of 7% GDP growth for next stable of years. Overall supply in Phnom Penh is expected to increase by 533.75% due to emerging of Satellite City Development, Gate Community Development, Office Building, Commercial tower and residential building which Building Materials, decorative and furniture are ranked among the top demanded. With the successful series of Myanmar Build & Decor, ICVeX, the professional trade exhibition organizer and owner of Myanmar Build & Decor, joined hands with the Cambodian Society of Architect (CSA), in organizing the first Cambodia Architect & Decor 2016 to serve the growing demand for building materials, architectural, interior design, furniture and decoration for Cambodian Market. The First Cambodia Architect & Decor is scheduled to be held from June 9 to 11, 2016 at The Diamond Island Exhibition & Convention Center (DIECC) in Phnom Penh.
